This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) determines in what manner personal data of users is collected and processed, benefiting from services rendered by electronic means via the website www.forever-entertainment.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Services”) and what rights are vested in users whose personal data is processed.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

Any and all personal data is processed by the Controller in accordance with the Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“GDPR”).

The Controller assures that personal data is processed in a safe manner and in compliance with this Privacy Policy. Personal data is not made accessible to countries from outside the EEA.

 

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Personal data of users is processed as long as it is necessary to achieve the objectives determined in this Policy. In some exceptional situations, longer retention periods may be required by legal provisions.

The Controller does not bear responsibility & liability for using, by other users or third parties, any personal data which has been made accessible to the public by the users themselves by means of the service: www.forever-entertainment.com.

 

TRUSTED PARTNERS (DATA PROCESSING ENTITIES)

Personal data may be made accessible to the Trusted Partners of the Controller, who help to provide the services to the users (e.g. sending the Newsletter). The Controller assures that it always provides the partners with minimum of information necessary to achieve the purposes for which the cooperation has been entered into. The Trusted Partners may have potential or actual access to limited data on users and may process it on behalf of the Controller. Personal data to which this Privacy Policy pertains is made accessible by us to the following Trusted Partners who may process it on behalf of the Controller only for the purposes specified below:
